Things to Check Before Renting a Limo

Be it a party, wedding, business purpose, holiday, tours or anything you can hire a limo for almost anything. A limo offers you much more facility than what a rental car can offer you. It will be less costly, it is safe, stylish, with chauffeurs who will provide you their best service. Nowadays there are many companies who have opened all kind of limo services claiming that they provide the best experience. But you should judge for yourself. First, ensure all these things about the limo you are about to hire. If your limo lack all these details, then it is time to re-choose.

Important papers and license – License is the most important thing when it comes to driving. Make sure that the company you are choosing has all important papers and the license so that you do not have to face any kind of problem later. Ask the company to show you a copy of all the valid papers – the vehicle papers, the company’s license to operate, the license of the driver provided by them, etc. It is wise to know all these details beforehand rather than asking your driver for his license in the middle of the way. Precaution is better than cure.

Insurance coverage – Another thing for you to make sure is that the company has insurance. In case you have an accident due to the driver’s mistake or any other manufacturing fault, then it is compulsory for the company to pay you. If they do not have insurance, then they can easily escape and you have to pay the hospital bills by yourself. Ask the company to show you the insurance coverage certificate and keep in mind to check the date.

Affiliation – The company you are hiring the limo from must be affiliated with the local forum or association or they can run away from all the responsibilities.

Double check – Ask the company to provide you all the details about the vehicle before hiring I.e, its brand, its size, color, capacity, and efficiency. Otherwise, it may happen that you are paying for a first class product and you are provided a second-class product.

Check the reviews – Take it from someone who has already stepped into those shoes. What I meant to say is that check the reviews of customers who have earlier used the services. They are the best judge of the services and will provide you the real and non-biased truth. In their reviews, you can find how was their experience? How was the treatment of the staff? Did the company fulfill all their promises?

Clear the deal – Just making verbal discussions and talking the details is not enough. Do the necessary paperwork. Have all the terms and conditions written down on a paper to avoid future problems. Ask the company to reveal before only if they have any hidden charges.

Offers – And now the fun part. Before booking, check if the company has any special or discount offers. If they are offering you a discount then what could be better than that.
